The Webb County Heritage Foundation office is located in the old Mercado building at 500 Flores Avenue. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The REPUBLIC OF THE RIO GRANDE® Museum is located at 1005 Zaragoza Street. Museum hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to - 4:00 p.m. The museum is closed on Mondays.
